Request deletion from inside the app
The fastest way to delete your Kiqora account and all associated data:
- Open Kiqora and go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are then permanently deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@kiqora.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my Kiqora account.” We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the data associated with it, including:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email, Google, or Apple identity)
- Your profile (name, email address, and profile photo)
- Your trips, itineraries, and travel plans
- Your saved places and Atlas collections
- Your budgets, expenses, receipts, and documents
- Your packing lists, notes, and other user-generated content
- Your AI memory and personalization data
- Your cloud backup
- Any linked Instagram connection
What is retained, and for how long
- Your data is removed from our active systems as soon as the deletion request is confirmed, and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
- A limited set of records we are legally required to keep — such as purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud prevention — may be retained for the period required by law and then deleted. These records do not include your trip content.
- Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer be used to identify you may be retained.
