Kiqora is a travel companion app and website that helps people plan trips, save places, organize itineraries, track expenses, capture receipts, translate, and remember travel moments.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Use Kiqora only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Make your own backups of important travel data and documents.
- Verify travel information such as visas, entry rules, safety alerts, booking details, and health requirements with official sources.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, such as trips, notes, receipts, photos, documents, and saved places. You grant Kiqora the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service, including storing, processing, displaying, and transmitting that content for features you use.
4. AI and Travel Information
Kiqora may provide AI-generated suggestions and travel information. These outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and making travel decisions based on official and current sources.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features may be offered as paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown where the purchase is offered and may also be governed by the app store or payment provider.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Kiqora or related systems.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access except where permitted by law.
- Do not use Kiqora to violate another person’s rights or privacy.
7. Intellectual Property
Kiqora, the website, app design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Kiqora or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Kiqora intellectual property.
8. Third-Party Services
Kiqora may integrate third-party services such as maps, AI models, analytics, payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
9. Disclaimers

11. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kiqora. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
